FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT UNDER WHICH ROOMS ARE PERMITTED TO BE USED BY GUESTS AND ARE BINDING ON THEM.please follow the below guidance to help keep everyone safe!

 

  • Before arriving for your booking, please ensure that your party is all aware of the up to date Government guidance and social distancing advice.

 

  • Room rate : Rate on the tariff card given to you by the reception or as mention on your registration card singed by you on arrival is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes as applicable.

 

  • Departure: Checkout time is 11 am; please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time Upto 18.00 hours, if the room is made available, half of the tariff will be charged. After 18.00 hour, the full tariff will be charged. Also inform the reception 30 minutes prior to your checkout.

 

  • Proof of identity: All guests (both foreign & Indian nationals) are[required to provide the management with valid photographic proof of identity and proof of address like passport, voter id card, driving license & valid Phone/mobile number and/or any other documents as per. Government [regulations in force, pan cards are not acceptable as id proof.

 

  • C FORM and I FORM are mandatory for both foreign & Indian nationals respectively.

 

  • Settlement of Bills: Room, Food, Laundry and other bills must be settled on presentation before the guest checks out, personal cheques are not accepted.

 

  • Luggage Storage: Luggage should be stored in the left luggage space at the guest’s sole risk, any loss or damage from any cause will not be the responsibility of the management. Luggage should not be stored for a period of over 3 days.

 

  • Guest’s/Visitor's Belongings: Visitors are particularly requested to Lock the door of their room when going to the bed. The management will not be any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of resident goods or any other property

 

  • Guests valuables, cash, jewellery, etc: visitors are particularly requested to register all the valuables with the management, in Guests belongings or any other property not entrusted to the Management

 

  • Hazardous goods: Storing of hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc in the premises by Guests is strictly prohibited,

 

  • Damage/defacement to property: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. Damage charges are morefully and particularly described below in Schedule A.

 

  • Government Rules and Regulation: Guests are requested to observe the government rules & regulation in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic beverages, fire arms etc.

 

  • Noise and shouting: this is a family premises and we will not tolerate any rude, drunk and absurd behavior, please do not shout or listen to the TV in high volume, do not cause any disturbance to the other guest.

 

  • Management's rights: The management reserves to itself the absolute Right of admission to any person in the premises and to request any Guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her and lock the room.

 

  • Keys: keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guests leave thepremises and at the time of check out. It is not permitted to lockrooms with personal locks. In case the key is lost or damaged a charge of INR. 2500 per key wil be charged by the Management.

 

  • Only registered guest allowed. Please do not bring strangers into our premises. If you would like to invite a friend over, confirm with the manager.

 

  • Housekeeping: Limited Housekeeping Services is provided daily only, trash and towel service (towel exchange is done on a towel for towel basis) a full cleaning (change linens/make bed; etc) will be provided on the 3 full day of your stay. Room service will be made available upto 10.30 PM at night

 

  • Kitchen is mostly used by us so that guests do not have access to it, however you can let us know if you would require any special requests, besides that.

 

  • Breakfast will be served from 8.30AM to 10.30 AM in the morning, Kindly order lunch before 12:30 PM and dinner by 10:00 PM.

 

  • No loud music allowed in the premises, Main gate of the premises will be closed by 11.30 PM at night.

 

  • No fire or cooking of any kind is allowed, Please do not feed the birds, No Smoking in the Common areas of the premises.

 

  • Be respectful to the staffs of the premises, Please maintain silence after 10 pm, No parties or events. Registered guests with permission are allowed only.

 

  • No pets without prior consent of the management, Mail/parcels cannot be sent to this property address.

 

  • Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors at all times, If for any reason our team members are not at the reception, please wait to be seated.

Room Rules and Guidelines

 

  • Turn off all lights and electrical appliances i.e FAN, TV, AC, GYSER, EXHAUST FAN in the room/bathroom when you go out but leave the lights in the hallway on.

 

  • Leave the bathroom as you found it., hang up the bath mat, Don't leave wet towels on the furniture.

 

  • Don’t use skin products, hair dyes or oils that leave bad stains on the towels and bed linen.

 

  • Strong body/deodorant sprays and perfumes take hours to ventilate, so be considerate.

 

  • No smoking/vapour/e-cig or candles, Let us know about any spills or stains straight away.

 

  • Keep noise levels and shower use to a minimum after midnight.

 

  • No smoking inside the room, If you damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair.

 

  • Use the check out instructions to prepare for your departure.

 

Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • No extra bed will be provided to accommodate any child included in the booking.

  • An extra bed will be provided to accommodate any additional guest included in the booking for a charge mentioned below.

  • INR 600 will be charged for an extra mattress per guest. (To be paid at the property)
